Amber grew up in a small farming town in rural Saskatchewan. A community that relied on everyone coming together for the greater good. She continues to invest in her communities through mentorship, teaching, public speaking, hosting, writing, and board membership.
Engagement Opportunities
Amber dreamt of, created, and operates two successful businesses. She has mentored many Doulas and Nurses in owning and operating their own businesses and continues to offer mentorship to nurses, birth, postpartum and death doulas, and others who are pursing entrepreneurship.
Amber is one of the core instructors in the Wholistic Doula Program at Pacific Rim College, in Victoria, BC.
Serving her second year as an Executive Board Member of the Alberta Hospice Palliative Care Association.
